Re: *UPDATED* [11-23-08] Juicy ROM 3.7 [SYS OS 5.2.19972 Build 19972.1.2.7] [UC]

UC isn't working 100% for me. I have a XML to do some file operations (Moving redundant icons that are in TF3D to a folder and hiding it as an example). The file creations work but the shortcuts do not move. This worked previously on 3.2.

Did anything change that could have affected UC?

EDIT: Another minor bug, Stylus isn't detected when it's pulled out, thus not turning on screen.

BT is working for me now, TT7 is working with no problem, after soft reset all the sounds are working when my jawbone is connected but for some reason the Stylus sensor is not working, the phone does not turn on after I pull out the Stylus .

Juicy , Thanks for the hard work

Re: *UPDATED* [11-23-08] Juicy ROM 3.7 [SYS OS 5.2.19972 Build 19972.1.2.7] [UC]

For everyone talking about the center button issue, there may be some truth to this...

Do the following test to rule out any bug that may be involved:

1) goto your programs window... move over to "games" Literally just press the center pdad, then back, and keep doing this process for about 10-15 times. If it works EVERY time, then NO bug...

If the bug is there, the center dpad will STOP working after about 5-6 tries, and you'll notice the button will just sort of "die"

Someone try this and report back...

---
Just for clarification, I had this issue with my rom while tring to use an XIP to identify the device as a raph800, and i couldnt resolve the issue.

I am just wondering if juicy has the same issue

this is a (minor) glitch, i can confirm it, but don't know how to fix it yet

EDIT: Been chatting with MightyMike, and I think it has to do with the XIP (not a joke this time Tobey), the 19972 XIP taken from the Raph seems to bug out the center button and stylus button

I've removed the main link... as I'm testing a fix and hope to re-upload ASAP

EDIT 2: Tested and confirmed working. Thanks for the tip Mike. I've got hardware buttons and stylus sensor working flawlessly now. I've rebuilt and am in the process of reuploading 3.7. To those who have alreayd downloaded it, please do so after I supply the new link
