Well the story is getting a bit odd. I am still waiting on the Asurion Fraud department to call me, they said 72 hours, so its almost 72 hours. Anyways.. I called back on Thursday night to ask them if they are still sending text messages for account changes since the other agent cleared out my whole account and changed a lot of security barriers. Well . anyways the agent said"Sure I can help you! Whats the pin for your account?" So i shuffled thru my new notes and found my new pin and gave it to him. He said.. "Ok, thank you for that information and what exactly do you need help with?" Right when he said that I said" Wait a minute! I gave you todays date by mistake as the pin, how did you get in the account?" He stayed quite for 5 seconds and said.. "Ohh its automated." I hanged up and called sprint again and told them what happened. The new agent said that, it was a bit odd what happened but it could have been a mistake on the other agents side. WTF? lololololol. Anyways..... thats where I am now. Still waiting on Asurion call... but my account has been credited 200 dollars and its up and current but I need to figure out who is at fount. Sprint or Asurion? Anyways.... for the mean time..... I will wear my tin foil hat pointed straight to the moon.
