uPDATE. i HAVE NOT GOTTEN NO CALLS FROM ANY FRAUD DEPARTMENT. SOORY FOR CAPS. TOO LAZY TO ERASE. SO I am still wondering who screwed up. BUt on the other hand.. I just picked up my new replacement due tot he oily effect on my Asurrion replacement phone. It was only 2 months old and that effect showed up SO.. turns out I finally got a refurbished one. It has 84 hours looged in and it was manufacture in OCT last year. But one thing caught my eye... under username.. it shows the last owner of the phone instead of mines. Is this a problem?

Ok.. update. Turns out this refurbished Pro was defective. I was able to make callls but I was not able to get internet. Tech and advanced tech could not fix it and said to return it to the store since he feels its a defective unite.So I went back tothe store and told them my issue. Theyy spent 1 hour reprograming and resseting and nothing made my profile stick. They said they had no clue why it would not accept my profile. They were baffled. So the guy said .. "here is a new one" Tee--hee. They gave me a brand new Pro with all the accesories. I cant complain it worked great out the box but the hue on the screen is towards the slight yellow white warm tone. It also has a build date of april 09

anyone got there isue resolved? im still fighting with sprint and asurion.
the other day i received a call from some weird number for a company that suppose to work for with asurion. than the call was for someone else not even me. they left a VM. that was screaming fraud 2 me. |

Sprint has removed the two deductible charges that were added to my bill. Asurion said they would call me back within 72 hours but that was almost two weeks ago. I have cancelled my insurance on our phones with them and will likely be leaving Sprint before too long. I am currently on SERO and while its nice to save money its not something that I will continue since Sprint seems to not be allowing the new smartphones onto the SERO plans.
I'm not whining about them doing that, they are in business and that is their right and prerogative. It is also mine to go elsewhere. Money is not an issue, I signed up for SERO because I qualified and liked the savings. But if it means having to stay with older phones then I will move on. R Quote:

Well, I thought this whole Asurion/deductible deal was done but I was wrong. Sprint removed the deductible from my account when I called them a few days ago, but today, I get an automated call from Sprint saying my account was overdue and they were shutting off our phones. I logged in to my account and, sure enough, the deductible was back and our phones had been shut off.
I called Sprint and they said it was an error and she removed the deductible again, told me how it would show up as a credit in my next billing cycle and she turned the account on again. I informed her that I had paid my bill ontime last month and my bill was not even due again and she said it was the deductible being put back on that caused their system to see it as being overdue suddenly and to shut off the phones. Our phones are now on again and the CSR told me it would not happen again. I told her that she was right on that one because Sprint has now lost our business for good. She offered no perks to try to keep our business and that is fine with me as nothing is going to keep us there now. I really don't care about losing SERO and I don't care about paying more for another carrier. We've been with Alltel and TMO before (we've had cellphones for our personnel for over 15 years) and no one has been as terrible as Sprint. One month they overcharged our account by $900, there have been rude CSR's, CSR's that were clueless and unhelpful and now this on top. Its adios to Sprint, this time for good. R |

I am sure you took it to the coporate sprint store they are dumbasses anyway....
Did the techs on the phone do the ##3282# and change your profile to 1? that should have made the internet work when I was tech at sprint store this was usually the case. |
