I just received my Touch Pro yesterday (the replacement for my Mogul), and it came with 2 batteries. That's awesome!!! My friend ordered a replacement yesterday around noon from the website and it said they was sending him a TP too. I wonder if they just ran out.

I got mine lastnight.. Touch Pro in retail package plus an extra battery mine was 3.40 Lbs.. now its time to play around with it

Hello all, has anbody with a 1.80lb received there TP yet. I called and the rep said that everything you would get with a brand new phone I should get, but everybody else has been reporting the 3.4lb box. i'm wondering if I have to go get all the accesories myself.

1.80 is brand New Touch Pro, if it's over that weight means they are sending you an extra battery. I just replaced my old TP with the new one, I had the cover creaking sound, loose keyboard, and raised Home screen button, I Confirm to everyone that the new TP batch is totally solid and the screen brightness is the same as my old one, no yellowish color, alot of improvement since November, I'm so Glad I did the exchange.
I recommend to everyone who had their TP in November and december to exchange it.
So now I have to send my old TP back, but I need an extra battery. Do they ask for the battery and stylus, or just a plain phone?

I just called, they said that they have the Mogul in stock, which number are you guys using eh?

I cant stand this phone anymore, it has like 4 white spots on the bottom left hand corner, and its the 5th mogul that I have gotten from Sprint thanks to problems like this, and now the current one I have wont power on after it goes to standby, so I cant get calls or make calls until I soft reset it.

I'm in the same boat as you duck. Got mine in November and had the same problems. I did my exchange and got it today! now to compare them since i haven't had time. i think I will keep the battery I might call to double check.

me too the UPS just dropped it off at 5:50pm, I didn't even activate it yet, the only I need to compare is the sound quality if its any better.
please let me know when you find out if we can keep the battery.

i'll let you know even though i had bought some oem batteries off ebay lol

battery cover doesn't creak no more and home key is even with screen. Keyboard slides right up with a pop

Unfortunately I just finished comparing them and the new one seems to be less white(not really yellowish) on full backlight than the old one. but o well I don't really see a difference. If anything maybe they did some changes to the stock rom or something to make the full backlight less, so people save battery power.

I placed my order yesterday, the TP is in town and then, wouldn't you know it, we have an ice storm. I even have the day off work because of the weather.
I am keeping my fingers crossed. C'mon UPS, through,rain,sleet and snow(i know that's the USPS motto, but can't a guy hope). Mine was 2.20 lbs.
