How did you check to see if they processed it or not? Did you call? If so, what number? I called the number in the email which gave us the ER# and they couldn't find any information.

Its true, my keyboard stopped working and i had insurance. I went to the sprint store and they ordered a new touch pro b/c they dont make moguls anymore

Just wanted to post my results. Ordered via the weblink on page 2 of this thread Sunday at about 10:30pm CST. Recieved the touchpro with extra battery today!

So is everyone recieving refurb Touch Pro's? They are just Asurion'ized with only the brown box and stylus?

So I pretty much read every message in this thread, looking for an answer to my question as I didn't want to repeat anything...but didn't find what i was looking for.

I have an htc touch (6900?) and its absolutely horrible. I have to reset it at least twice a day, some weird black smudge has appeared on the screen and its always super slow. I went to the sprint website everyone linked too...and sadly they only offer me a refurb. htc touch in return :(

Now, I'm totally willing to accept that...but what i'm wondering is what kind of charge I will incur because i don't have TEP.

Also, should I just wait a couple months with the hope that they'll run out of touches so I can get a better phone? I was planning on going to a sprint center tomorrow to have them check out the phone...good idea? As much as I would love love love a diamond or touch pro...I really just need a reliable phone right now.

call *2 for sprint, then ask for phone order support department

Just to confirm...I put in the order last night with the Sprint replacement link.

Got this confirmation email...

Put the ER number into UPS using the track by reference method and...
