Thanks for trying to help but, You should know that I don't have the insurance plan but I was hoping I could sign up this month due to the open enrollment.

Boy ima glad that my moguls keyboard stopped working before the increase in deductable.... paid 50 for a new TP! and no contract renewal or upgrade date change.

--- $7 TEP well worth it.
--- $20 3rd party emp plan.. Well worth it!!!!

My Original Touch Pro that I received through this method has started to malfunction (after I pretty bad drop), how do I go about getting a replacement at this point?

Mind you, I don't have insurance on the phone, just went through that page where you file a claim on Sprint's website, pay that $50 fee, and swap your Mogul for a TP.

What do you guys suggest I do now if I need the current one replaced?

Well, I guess it's a non-issue now, because after like a dozen flashes in 4 days, and trying every Mighty ROM under the sun and even a few stock ones, I discovered that it wasn't a hardware problem, nor a ROM problem, but rather a software problem.

The problem was fixed via an update by the developers of the app in question, so thankfully I wont need to go looking for a replacement phone.
