I have a PPC6700 for about 3 years now and its starting to show its wear. I filled out the replacement form online and qualified for a Touch Pro. When I got my confirmation email, I noticed it said I have to send in my old phone or get hit with the fee. So I emailed customer service asking if I can keep my current phone as a backup (this is my 1st and only sprint phone) and they said I can keep the phone without any fees :D

ok so i just got off the phone w/ asurion and now i have to fill out an affidavit in order to go any further, any one experience this?

Nice :) Finally called up asurion, and explained my situation. The extremely nice lady told me that since the moguls are no longer in stock, and may never be in stock, the only option was to offer me a Touch Pro. Be here in 1 - 2 days, and all is final. Guess i'll find out in 1 or 2 days. :)

Are the TP people are getting new in a box with accessories or just a phone? Hopefully mine will be here tomorrow.

My mogul works fine... anyone know any typical defects that I am just not aware of that I can tell sprint about?
