has anyone tried 2 get touch pro lately through this?

is it working. . .im calling sprint see if they could do it since my mogul hasnt bee reactivated on my account lon enough

yes i'm actually on the phone now with Sprint and besides them not being able to find my tracking number I haven't been able to confirm what kind of phone they've sent me. ](*,)

I still want to just take my phone and nuke it at this point. :violent2:

MY UPS tracking states the weight at 2.0 lbs... And the replacement says UT STARCOM 6850 ((no mention of kit))

Does this sound like a refurb phone to you guys? Or could I still be getting NIB?

My shipping notice was exactly the same. My Pro was not a refurb. Everything was new & sealed. They even included an extra battery. So I'm going to venture a guess & say yours should be NIB.

You my friend were correct. THANK GOD my husband didn't want the replacement they were sending him. He took my old Touch.

Well, I finally got sprint to upgrade my phone. I should be receiving the TP sometime this week.

How long did it take you all to get a tracking number or a email stating when they have shipped you the phone. I have checked the status online, on phoneclaim. and it says for me to check back within 24 hrs.
