PPCGeeks - Upgrade To Touch Pro Free!!

I tried everything: Sprint Customer Service, Sprint Tech Support, Sprint Account Service, HTC, Asurion, HTC Tech, HTC Repair.

Not one of them want to upgrade my phone.

The Advanced Replacement Site keep giving me the Mogul.

Is your Mogul working, or is there a legitimate problem? Have you gone through multiple replacements on the mogul?

The "t" on the keyboard sometimes do not work. I have had to replace the mogul for at least three times in the last year and a half for keyboard key issue problem.

No luck still gonna keep checking the sprint site to see if they offer me a tp

i called asurion again but of course i can tmake a claim because of 3 claims within 12 months...

assuran is just gonna give you the same mogul and you got to pay the $50 deductable if you go to the sprint store there just gonna give you a brand new mogul for free if you have insurance. thats it they dont want to give you the touch pro they will only give it to you if you renew yor contract and youll get $150 dollars of but you still paying casue evenr the repair center said to me all they can do is give me the same phone and eveything it messes up just bring it back and they give me a new one but i dint want the mogul no more because its crap every time they give me a new one the same **** happens after a couple of months

Just to bump this thread a little more. I've been a member for sometime & I come here often to read post, but I never posted anything. I've been holding onto my trusty PPC 6700 for 2.5 years & it finally started malfunctioning about 3 weeks ago. So, I tried the self service claim Monday night & my HTC Touch Pro was sitting on my front porch today. Way to go Sprint.
