honestly u can ask as many questions as to what your gonna get and when your gonna get it. but u have to realize sprint is sneaky, your gonna have to wait and pray like im sure everyone else has and currently are until that ups truck pulls up and that sprint package is in your hand and the tp is in your hand. sprint will tell you one thing and do another... so point of my blah blah blah is....... wait and see what happens

i do agree with you on that. but has anyone placed an order with sprint got a confirmation on one phone but received another. like i said im my previous post i did receive a confirmation email for the pro. does that really mean im getting the tp? Well like you said i prob will never know until that ups truck delivers the box and i look inside. I WILL KEEP YOU GUYS POSTED. KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED FOR ME. oops sorry about the caps lock.

Send Sprint an e-mail through e-Care with your confirmation # and double check what was shipped.

you could but someone already posted stating that they've done this and ecare never even sent a reply saying they even cared.... he did however get his tp the next day. my question is... has anyone gotten through to view the replacement in the returnscenter website?

You still need to try to e-mail e-care, don't just rely on what someone told you they did. You have to mention "Advance Replacement Exchange". I received a reply back within an hour after I sent this:

"I would like to check the status of an Advanced Phone Exchange
order, confirmation #ERxxxxx for an Touch Pro. Thanks!"

and received this reply back:

Thank you for contacting Sprint. I will be happy to assist you regarding
your Advanced Exchange order.

After reviewing the status of your replacement device, I have found that
your device is scheduled to be delivered on 1/20/09. On 1/18/09, it was
scanned for departure from the warehouse.

You can view the status of your order by visiting www.ups.com. The UPS
tracking number for your order is --------.

If you have any additional questions or if I can be of any further
assistance, please feel free to respond to this email.

Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business.

well i did email ecare earlier this moring and they replied this email

Dear Augustine White, Thank you for contacting Sprint. I will be happy to assist you with your phone order inquiry. After researching your account further, I do see a ticket was opened to replace your Mogul device with a Touch Pro. However, the order has not been processed yet due to the holiday delay. this might be the wrong place to post but i still like my mogul...somewhat...anyone know if they are replacing the touch(6900) with diamonds?
