I followed the instructions on page 4 on Sunday the 18th I received my Touch Pro this morning thanks a million folks just like other My Conformation Number didn't work either but i have my phone ...... sad part I'm a junkie so I flashed a custom rom and newest radio even before I activated it LOL

okay got the TP in today, about to send back to mogul...

info: i have added the 5button theme, couple apps such as ppod, an emulator, googlemaps, tcpmp-youtube package...I HAVE NOT CHANGED THE ROM... this mogul came with 6.1 and working GPS

question: do i have to remove these programs/mods/themes before i send it in?

Okay... Well after going back and forth with ecare, the final email, they decided to just order me a Touch Pro and phone replacement kit since they couldn't find my order # anywhere... The problem becomes, what if I do receive the replacement kit from the Self-service replacement that everyone else has? Then this 2nd replacement kit comes in? I don't want to get charged hundreds of dollars -_- I don't think I can cancel the 2nd replacement kit cause that'd mess up the flow of things? Should I just wait for them to send it, receive it and then send it back after I get my first kit? I'm utterly confused now... the CSR rep was actually helpful and went above and beyond what she was required to do since she could see how frustrated and tired I was having to email constantly back and forth between 5 different reps (each email had a different responder) I will try to call tomorrow and get that one cancelled since I didn't expect her to order one and it seems people are receiving it, so mine should probably be here tomorrow?

ordered mine monday got it today, so i would def call/return one of them. i would prob return asurion's phone since you can actually contact them and tell them 'hey i got the one from sprint in the mail, im gnna return the one u sent me'
and just keep using the sprint one
fyi- no one could find my ER number, but it was indeed placed

The problem becomes... I don't have TEP so the $55 + tax will be on my bill next month... They would most likely both be coming from Sprint... So now I don't know which one I would need to return... but since the "Sprint ordered" one didn't officially get sent out yet (I don't know, apparently lots of people got 1 day ship..wonder where mine is?), should I just cancel the one that would technically be my "special ordered" one?

I received my touch today!!! I ordered Sunday night after reading these post and received in 2 days!!!

the order was put in on the 19th evening
sprint's order support processed it today (20th)

how long does it take for ups to update and get a result for tracking the package?

do i have to wait until tomorrow to get an ER****** ref tracking result?

igot mine today , idid order it on satrday night ..yesssssssssss..idid call sprint yestrday they dont have idea about my order number at all so i just decided to watie ..... iguess it took 2 days to get your phone .. good luck to ya ll .

they usually leave it by the door, if it is safe enough. however is is up to the driver's discretion.
