the link for the sprint link given aboive does nor apply to Puerto Rico I got all the way to the part were it told me that a replacement Pro was in for me but on the shipping info Puerto Rico wa no ther so i copuld not send for it

What crapola. After going through the entire self service Phone replacement tool. This is what I was shown:

That 3.4 lbs UPS package was a TP. Ordered mine on Sun, so I got the quick turnaround along with everyone else.

No TP for me today... Seems I didn't get the fast Assurion turn around everyone else is getting... Order placed Monday.

We'll see what tomorrow brings.

I recommend relocking with nue ReLocker and flashing latest stock rom. If there is NOTHING at all wrong with your phone than you shouldnt have done this and "may" end up paying a fee if sprint finds nothing wrong with your phone at all.

These threads were not meant to usher in a return free for all by all Mogul owners. If too many abuse the system it will make it VERY hard to get replacement phones when major hardware problems do naturally occur. I think we all need to remember that. The purpose of most of these threads was simply to show that in the event that you do lose/destroy your phone or a legit hardware defect occurs, Asurion and Sprint will not screw you over and since the Mogul is EOL, the only option they have now is the TP.

this worked for me. got my tp today and was shocked! sprint is awesome
