i used sprint self service. shipped next day saver for free

for those of you using sprint and want to track your shipment. goto ups track package by reference number. the reference number is your order number that sprint give you. sprint has not been emailing tracking number as stated when your order is complete.

These threads were not meant to usher in a return free for all by all Mogul owners. Couldn't agree more. Hopefully people aren't overdoing this and if they are Sprint cracks down on them with a fee. I don't want legitimate users, like me, suffering later because of the greedy.

actually my "end call" button is dead so thats why it is being replaced. I know thats a hardware problem but is there any chance it's a software problem?

Just got mine brand new in the box 100% sealed in plastic. Everything included (new charger, new mem card, new case, etc).

The funny thing is they prob through it was going to just be the phone instead of a whole new OEM kit. So they threw in an extra refurb'd battery haha.

I'm very VERY pleased!!!!

I get to return this faulty mogul now! Damn keys were sticking, rebooting itself.

holy crap, I ordered it yesterday morning from the sprint site, i tried using the reference number like you said and UPS is saying that it will be delivered tonight :headbang:

Just FYI in case anyone wants to know, I got a reply from Advanced Exchange Escalations (AEescalations@sprint.com) with tracking number (though that is useless now since I already got my shippment!). I emailed them on Jan 19 12:35pm, got reply on Jan 20 5:15am.

I also got email delivery status notification from ecare that delivery to the following recipient has been delayed: ecare3@cc.springpcs.com. Jan 20 2:06pm.

I guess many people are bombing them with email inquiries? :P

Ok I thought I would be one of the many customers that went to the website got the ER number and nothing shows. I Placed the order yesterday 1/19/9 and guess what, UPS had a box TODAY with a brand new Touch Pro!!!!

The best thing is i went down to sprint and had them activate it (well the account holder my buddy just got upgraded to TP in the store and he had to leave is Free Incoming Nextel Plan.) The agent that helped me was able to allow me to keep the free incoming plan
