WeatherPanel stops reporting the high temp as the day goes on and passes the high temp point...

Can this application be installed to a storage card, and not to mains?

I have WP on storage card without any issues...
I download each hours many maps from webcam, so there are stored in sd card and safe many Mb of my device memory

It doesn't do anything. Apparently it's there for future functionality - that will never come
