Stealth Skin for 6700.

I tried the 240 one and the DAY was huge. I like having the DAY and DATE on there because it allows 1 less today plugin and that is a good thing.

Is there a stealth skin that is compatable with the 6700. Just curious.

BTW< I cant believe i just discovered WP.

Question for Wideawake -

I am using the doplar from WWAY TV3. Is there a better one for this area. Just curious.

You can try Chameleon-240-v2 - the long date format fits it fine...

It contains a custom icon that causes the alert button, on Chameleon-240-v2's button bar, to turn red when there's a weather alert (for the selected city). Instructions for installing it are in the Readme.txt file...

mofo,

Ok so heres what you do...(the directions are posted in the thread with the file but in any case)

Either with the zipped file on the phon or the computer unzip it. You should now have three items, one being a folder called chameleon-240-2, one being called cham alert, and a third being a readme with instructions on how to do this.

Now take the file called chameleon-240-2 and put it onto your phone and into the marsware weather panel theme folder.

Start>Programs>File Explorer>Program Files>Marware>WeatherPanel>Themes. Once you've navigated to this folder just paste the folder call chamelon 240 2 into it.

Next open up the zip of Cham Alert. In it should be a folder called ChamAlert. Copy that folder and put it into the Icons folder within the Weather Panel folder so to do this go
Start>Programs>File Explorer>Program Files>Marware>WeatherPanel>Icons>Default Once in this folder just paste the Cham Alert folder.

Now do a soft reset and you should be good

Let me know if this doesn't work or is not clear.

PH

**NOTE the navigating through the start, program, file explorer, etc is done via the phone and not a desktop or laptop.**

***NOTE 2...if you have already done this and still cant get it to work, the way to change the theme to chameleon is as follows:
1.(While on the phone) go Menu>Preferences>Today Settings>highlight WeatherPanel then to the right you'll see three buttons:move up, move down, options, select 'Options'>Click on the tab at the bottom called 'Display'> You'll see a three boxed area in the theme pulldown box, click it and select chamelon 240 v2> In the layout this basically just changes the color and the default layout of the program although if you hit the middle button (the one that looks like a play button) on the application while in the today screen it will cycle through all of the layouts just not the colors but the readme tells you whats what.

Hope this helps

Trouble with sizing

I really like the stealth popup combo 2 skin, but I am having trouble with it. It appears as though the date is cut off by the icon throwing off the stealth buttons (for example, it now says "sday, January 16, 20". A few of the stealth icons are visable on the right but nothing to change cities etc. It is like the font size for the date is too big. I have been unable to find any option for clear text in WP. I also could not find anyway to shrink the text in the archive. Any ideas?

Thanks.
