Dont know buddy, but I am using 21812 on my GENE qvga and Opera 9.7beta installed and running at first shot. I guess there is some problem with your setup, maybe trying everything from scratch help a bit?

i noticed you have files from the oemxipkernal mixed in with files from the msxipkernal... what model ppc is the files from the oemxipkernal for?

XIP is for HTC gene

Hey Valdosta, hi from Tally. Which kitchen are you cooking with? I'm not able to check out what's included in the SYS/XIP file download right now. Depending on that and the kitchen you use determines how you'll use the file. Not very helpful, I know. I use ppckitchen, so usually all I have to do is put the sys folders in a .rar file and the dpi folders in a separate .rar file, add the .bin file (the xip) to the core folder, update my projects files to point to the right sys and dpi .rar files, and I'm good to go.

Maybe for your device but works perfect on my device and tht was how it was in the Da_G Kithchen for Raphael

You can use all the files from here ->http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...014#post971014

These are for PPCKitchen. You will just need to edit your buildbase and device base files and update your core rar with the newer XIP. Let me know if you need more help.
