Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

Did you update your CPR files to get the Weather widget on the home screen? Could you share with us? Thanks bro.

Start menu grid seen 240x320.cpr file you can adjust the size there as well as some other things it takes some time to get it just write but if your like me its worth it. Oh, use Note pad to edit.

Ok thanks, I've removed the other resolution files for CPR. Do we need the 320x240 CPRs, or do you know if that is used for landscape?

EDIT: Nevermind, yes they are.. so we gotta modify those too - for both the Lock Screen and icon size (32x32).

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

Okay,

The following attachment needs to be extracted into your device's Windows folder. These are the fixes:
  1. Shortcut icons back to 32x32 (normal) size
  2. Slide to Unlock message now fits in its text space
  3. Landscape mode will have the icons in 4 columns instead of 3
All credit goes to jdume for showing me the files.

These are in reference to my QVGA kitchen here, which has now been updated with the attached files:
http://www.4shared.com/file/93729608...21193qvga.html
Attached Files
File Type: zip cpr_fix.zip (5.3 KB, 42 views) Click for barcode!

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

I'm trying to get wm6.5 to successfully stay sync'd with exchange server 2003, but I think this is a little over my head. All I can do is replace files in my 6.5 kitchen with files from those from 6.1 kitchens.
Files I've replaced:
In SYS\Base_Lang_0409 -
- MsgStore.dll
In SYS\BaseApps -
- mailtrns.dll
- cemapi.dll
- poutlook.exe
- tmail.exe
In SYS\Redist -
- pushrouter.dll
In SYS\Shell -
- actsyncc.dll
- synccsp.dll
- syncmgr.dll
- syncres.dll
- syncutil.dll

When I replaced syncutil.dll I got an error that poutlook.exe is not a valid application. When I replaced tmail.exe I got an error that tmail.exe is not a valid application.

I would like to know if anyone out there has any ideas of what I need to replace/change that might help.

Also, I'm home sick but if I'm feelin good on Monday I can probably setup a test exchange 03 server for anyone that would have a better chance of figuring it out and would like to try

Any idea?

And an other question if you don't mind: how can I get the weather on the titanium tab?

Thank you.
I second that question too.
