Quick question about SKTools System backup and ROM flashing:

If I create a system backup and then flash with a newer version of a ROM (Juicy for example). Is it a good idea to do a system restore afterwards? The idea is to avoid reinstalling programs and sync

Not a good idea going to a new platform. Once your new ROM is in place I suggest you back up contacts only. Keep in mind, that Sktool has a feature(Cab install) that lets you check a list of cab and install at one shot. I havent had a need to use it since I am all stock but I know it is there. Good luck man
