man, i didn't know there was an update out. v4.4.6.2... so in case others didn't realize, i'm gonna post the changelog.

4.4.6

• Now SKTools can move Opera 9 cache to user selected location
• Detect and clean Opera 9 cache
• Support for custom (user defined) tweaks from external files (*.ctwsk)
• TuneUP!-a2dp tab renamed to TuneUP!-Bluetooth
• New TuneUP! tab: Custom tweaks

Hope to see more discussions on sktools functionality cause it's quite overwhelming. I've had it forever and I haven't used many of the options...

Anyone ever use the registry optimizer? Wondering if there are any negative/positive feelings about it... thanks

I've used it, but you really have to be careful what you let it delete. All the optimizers make mistakes occasionally & delete a shortcut you want etc etc

I remember once running it on an old Titan I had. The system ran PERFECTLY & didn't really need optimizing at all but I figured it wouldn't hurt anything. At the time, I had a whole row of program shortcuts at the bottom of my home screen that I created with Wisbar. The optimizer turned about half of the shortcuts into invalid windows icons & I had to re-create them all.

It had mistakenly ID'ed the shortcuts as invalid & removed them.........

i totally mest up my colors and cant really even read anything now, does anyone know the default colors? please list them the way they are stated on sktools because i suck at using that thing....

Which tool were you using, because I don't see any color options.

it says today text- 255, 255, 255
today screen seperator line- 70, 70, 70
today screen menu bar backround- 210, 210, 210
ttitle bar text- 255, 255, 255
startmenu backround- 63, 63, 63
start menu text- 255, 255, 255

theres like a crap load more, but maybe these will get ya going at least.

thx man, i was able to fix em after that and by reloading my theme..these colors are a pain
