Can't login to picture mail through sMMS. I verified password, changed password but still no luck

no need to quote the entire first post

when you are entering your info in sMMS are you using the on screen keyboard?

or are you using the physical keyboard?
perhaps your keystrokes aren't being registered properly...
try switching keyboards....

Make sure you click SAVE after adding your password to the Settings Screen. Also try using the onscreen keyboard instead of the slide out keyboard to enter your password. Next make sure your Cap Lock is not on.

i been having a problem with it, it always say that number and password do not match, it has been doing it for about 1 week. I upgraded to the new version also, i delete all the files then upgraded and still nothing, i check my password with sprint and everything is correct, i do not know what to do... any ideas?

Check and make sure you can log into the Sprint Pic Mail Site. And there is not Account Suspended notices. Next enter your password using the onscreen keyboard instead of the slide out keyboard. Next, make sure you do not have cap lock on.

i just donated and got the full version of sMMs. am i missing something. i'd thought it said i could send video. how do i do that? i have a titan.

It does not send video.....I do not know where you read that....
