Tell them to update their ****. Sprint released the picmail app, so there is no reason for you to not be able to access the website and your device IS NOW CAPABLE.

Well both your replies seemed to come from clueless ecare reps, but sprint released their own picturemail application.

you can download it via softwarestore.sprint.com under FREE/Demo - i'd say download it, give it a whirl...

if it works then it should create your picturemail account and then you can use sMMS (and see for yourself which one's better )

....... and of course if it doesn't work...

i'd say call tech support and tell them about sprint's new picMail application you downloaded from their software store and its not working....

I can't find any Free/Demo sections at softwarestore.sprint.com, and searching for "picture mail" brings up nothing.

on your ppc, open internet explorer. navigate to softwarestore.sprint.com

I downloaded it. I like how it is inter-graded into the picture album for sending pictures... but the receiving of pics blows... So I am using sMMS for that.

no need to quote the entire first post

when you are entering your info in sMMS are you using the on screen keyboard?

or are you using the physical keyboard?
perhaps your keystrokes aren't being registered properly...
try switching keyboards....
