I tried to get a picture mail password from pictures.sprintpcs.com, but it says my number is not a valid Sprint number. So I emailed customer "care" and got this response:

"HTC 6900 is activated on your account effective April 01, 2008. Your
handset is not Picture Mail capable handset or does not support the
Picture Mail Service. That's the reason that you are not able to sign
up for Picture Mail Account."

So how are you guys getting picture mail accounts?

Picture mail is provided as part of your Vision Plan, if you have one. You will have to call Sprint and tell them you want access to the Sprint Picture Mail WEBSITE, not the Picture Mail SERVICE, the WEBSITE. They will set it up for you.
