Well both your replies seemed to come from clueless ecare reps, but sprint released their own picturemail application.
you can download it via softwarestore.sprint.com under FREE/Demo - i'd say download it, give it a whirl...
if it works then it should create your picturemail account and then you can use sMMS (and see for yourself which one's better
)
....... and of course if it doesn't work...
i'd say call tech support and tell them about sprint's new picMail application you downloaded from their software store and its not working....
