Yeah, i'm smart enough to look aound in the obvious places. the reason i asked in the firstplace is I only have an application execuable in the dir you named.

is there a way to save your settings and preferences and load those with a fresh install? perhaps a pref file or registry settings.

2) Is there a way to have the program load at boot and log in to all accounts as well?

Great program. this saves my family money on text messages if they are by their computer and I am on the road. can't wait for the official release.
Thanks
I install to Storage Card and all my settings are saved

I still can't wait for the next version to come out, right now my battery does in less than a day! I even turned off 3g to leave jivetalk open. Pfff... I hope it gets fixed soon .

Re: JiveTalk Alpha

So I installed SQL server compact to my computer, and went in to the install directory in program files looking for the cab I needed, but there are easily 25 cabs that I could install, all labeled arm4, and I have no idea what to do.

Yea, me too. Another thing Ive noticed since I started using it last night is whenever the app is open, it overrides my backlight & power off settings. The screen will dim but wont completely turn off unless I manually press the power button. I hope they iron that out also.

Re: JiveTalk Alpha

Yeah. I installed S2U2 to overide that and it works like a charm, but since their current version doesn't include battery saving protocols and stuff, well... I... I've been trying to stay off JiveTalk, which makes me sad, cuz I love the app. hehe.

Can we get an ETA on this? Thanks!

Re: JiveTalk Alpha

Cool, 2 version of Jivetalk were released today/last night (while I was asleep). One version 5.3.4, and when I woke up, ran jivetalk again, 5.3.13! Emoticons are enabled, and the screen turning off automatically is also enabled! So for the moment, S2U2 isn't needed. Today I'll be trying it on my OEM battery, let's give the new version a try Shall we? I have both versions saved on my SD Card (I pretty much keep all software installers, except for software I really dislike :P haha.) So I'll be keeping JT for a while .

Let's test it out!

Re: JiveTalk Alpha

The update is awesome. Jivetalk is getting closer and closer to simulating computer IM services.
