After adding 17 programs including Ibrythill's WM 7 Titanium and Oxios close aps (which I use regularly) and while typing this I still have 19mb in high memory. No problem with wi-fi, and as usual sick and fast.:headbang:=D>=D>

2 questions, Have you thought of including Oxios close aps and disabling activesync from the first flash?

We are working on a rom with the Ibrythill's WM 7 grilled in as well. There has just been some issues. Also there are files to overwrite to finish install. If you would like I can send you a pm of that download when we are at that point.

Downloading 23003 as we speak. Something to play with while I'm at work.

Edit: Unable to get the Sprint PM cab to work on 23003. Might just be I'm tired and doing something wrong. Anyone else see this?

You did not stay on irc very long.
What is new about it? It is a newer build # 23003 not 23001 also the 23003 has the media player skin fixed.

TOTAL NOOB here about to flash for the very first time (I think I'll go with with 23003). I've read the entire thread and was just wondering if someone would mind giving me the steps I need to take to get this going. Just a little nervous. All help appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure you read through this and understand the steps that need to be taken. I would suggest you ensure that you are ready for all steps before you do the first step. You will need to unlock your phone, update your radio, and then install the new rom. Do NOT install a custom rom from here unless you have UNLOCKED your phone.

Hey i'm running 23001 and I like it alot it is very stable and fast with lots of memory my one problem is that Internet Sharing isn't installed or IPNAT driver. I found an Inernet sharing cab her but still no IPNAT driver. Two questions: does 23003 have these two items and/or can any one help me with the IPNAT drive?

Woo hoo!!! After doing all my research I finally flashed my phone for the first time! So excited!! Thanks to all for your patience and help. Just one problem though I got so excited I didn't remember that Wireless Sync would most likely not be on the ROM Update. Now all my contacts and calendar items are missing. Anybody know of a way I can import my info that's backed up on Wireless Sync onto this phone? If not, this whole flash is going to be pointless.

Thanks again for your help!

Find the .cab file for Windows live, install it then create a new email account on the ppc. it will sync all your contacts and email.
But Not sure about calendar.
Hotmail live plus is $19.oo a year. It is supposed to sync calendar.

I appreciate the offer to drop by. I am not sure how to get on it as I downloaded a client but could not find #forcedevelopments. So I will do more research tomorrow. By the way I am running 23003 bare and I am able to have 4 programs going and to go back and forth without memory problems.
Before I start I use Ox. close apps and then hibernate, then I am golden. Once again a fine job. I have no concerns about using your ROMs in my day to day:headbang::headbang:

Techman reported that messenger is not working but a cab install solves this if you are a messenger user.
If there is anything else that I need to address then let me know cause I will be working on this tonite.
Thanks everyone for your comments.

I will be posting some different cprs tonite for you guys to look at and tell me what you want.

Hey,

I just noticed that when I turn on WiFi, the icon doesn't show up.
The EvDo icon goes away as long as the swich is on,
but returns after the swih is turned off.
Otherwise, this is a very stable and usefull ROM.

It there a way to change the icon by overwriting the bmp?

Hello. I have a Sprint Titan running 23003. Everything looks great but here are a few of my "bigger" issues.

1. Screen seems to lock up when returning to from portrait to landscape especially when sending an email out. Example: I am replying to an email through keyboard. Hit send and return phone to portrait mode. The phone blinks once and freezes with the landscape picture, then about 5 seconds later, the screen goes black and is unresponsive. A soft reset is requiered. This happens about 70% of the time when doing emails. Everything else seems to run ok when shifting from p to landscape and back.

2. The email program - outlook - wont let me use the storage card for email attachments. It defaults to the extended rom which only has .13mb of space and it says that I cannot select this a place to store attachments. This is a big deal when you literally receive hundreds of emails a day.

I have installed skype mobile, weather 4.2, and the replytoallfix.cab to fix the reply to all issue.

Thanks again and keep up the good work.

What do you all recommend as the most stable release ever? I'm not talking about 6.5 but anyone. Is it really the stock sprint rom? I didn't think that was very stable either! :)

1. I will try and duplicate and see. I do know that there are alot of blank screen issues going around in this system(I have read in other threads). MIne has not done this yet but I have not used your senario. Will look at this tonite as well.

2. I will remove the extended rom access and this will solve that.

Oh ok, I see. I apologize for my confusion. Now, is there a way to pull what's saved on my Verizon Wireless Sync site and add it to the microsoft my phone? At the present time, that is the ONLY place where my contacts and Calendar items are stored. Had I thought about it before I flashed I would have backed up with Active Sync. Guess I somehow thought Wireless Sync would be an available option...

naejae730 : Have you searched to see if there is a wireless sync cab?
If you can not then one way is to flash back and sync your phone with wireless sync and then download and run microsoft my phone and then sync with my phone. Then you can flash back to this rom and run microsoft my phone with any rom and sync will always be available.

It will give you flashing practice as well.

If you can not then one way is to flash back and sync your phone with wireless sync and then download and run microsoft my phone and then sync with my phone. Then you can flash back to this rom and run microsoft my phone with any rom and sync will always be available.

It will give you flashing practice as well.

Excellent idea! Going to search for a WS cab now... Man, I love this site!
