Did a back up and hard reset... Bingo... GPS and AGPS are up and running.. Google Maps took about 2 miutes to finds SATs but after the initial hit and cache was built up I get 6 to 8 SATs within 5 seconds or so.

Not sure what happened the first go round but things are smooth now... Thanks.
