Anyone ever find a fix for the Wifi Issue?? It seems like it isnt even attempting to find them when I turn it on. And I notice I get alot of static on my bluetooth headset when im on a call and I turn the wifi switch on. Somethings not right.

*edit* I went into wireless manager and turned off wifi with the switch on and still no change...but then I turned it all off, then just turned on wifi and instant success!!! Just wish someone would have posted it so I didnt have to spend 2 hours searching the thread using the search feature and manually.

I finally got everything working lastnight and running on 5055 today.
This ROM seems a bit more sluggish that the previous versions. I couldn't get nueLED to work either, so I just had to load LEDKiller and it took care of the LED.
5055 just seems a bit sluggish and quirky so far.

for NueLed most are finding that it works permanently if you do a soft reset between each led change....

The application makes you reset. So, I figured it should work after each reset but it's not.

Edit: It doesn't make you reset, my mistake. But it's still not working.
I just want the Service LED off. It says it's address 4, mode 0.

A new build will come out today, guaranteed. How do I know? I know because I just had to hard reset (screwed up my ultimatelaunch.ini and it locked up my phone) and set everything up again. So naturally a new build will come out and make me do it all over again tomorrow

Regarding the customization that the 5055 rom runs after install, one entry many pages ago mentioned that this was something to do with UC and not critical.

I need to know if I can safely bypass it as I seem to loose my cellular radio after it reboots after the customization is run. Prior to the reboot (for the 3 seconds its sitting there) I have a good (and not roaming) signal but after the reboot I get nothing but scrolling dots under the antenna icon while it searches for a tower.

It's possible I'd loose the radio anyway but before I go through the steps of flashing up and having to flash back down and call VZW for another A key, I'd like to be sure I'm not going to fail before I start.

I'm grasping at straws at this point as I'm stuck at the VZW stock rom and "underwhelmed" to say the least after running the 5055 for a week...

I'm going through RIW (ROM Install Withdrawal). I've had to venture into setting up the UC interface to get my fix. The only problem is that when a new ROM comes out, it will now be that much sooner before I start going through RIW as I no longer need to spend time reinstalling and customizing anymore.
