It's not a clone. Its the same app. He just put it in a cabbed installer, but he did mention it wasn't his and linked where he got it. He shouldn't have renamed it though since it wasn't his work.

I'm loving AerialBattery with 5055 (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=185780). It replaces the Windoz logo with a battery indicator. If you place it (or a shortcut) in your /windows/start up dir, it loads at launch. You can customize the colors by clicking on it once its installed.

I tried reapplying 5055 and I did pull the battery and hard reset, and it didn't make a difference. Still no audio on phone calls. Reflashed to 5049 and it's all better. I haven't tried anything between 5049 and 5054. Any ideas?

Ok this is EXACTLY what i did to my phone and it WORKS perfect.

I used the stock release ROM from HTC to take everyback to standard. Then did a ##RTN# on the phone then i set it up as if i pulled it straight out of the box. After i got my number put it i installed 5055 rom and havent had ANY issues with it..

The only problem i found is that the PCM keyboard screws up txt messages and you cant see any of them when you use it. Even if you uninstall it doesnt fix the issue

I'm having the same problem. Do you pull out the battery right after the flash and before the first boot, or after the first boot?

I had some issues with 54 & 55....

I reverted back to 51 and my phone is happy.. moreover, I'm happy.

I'm not sure why my phone doesn't like these two ROMs', but in contrast, some phones didn't like 51.

Hopefully, as time goes by, N2C will post a ROM that all phones will like.. Purely not N2C's issue, just the finicky nature of our phones.

maybe it has something to do with the carrier. i noticed you're on verizon. i'm on sprint and i haven't had any sort of problems like that. just a thought...

I love 5055 and have completely set up my phone with all the apps I use and after days of use have only found one thing that I either cant fix or adust properly. I am trying to put a black skin on my default keyboard. I have used 2 cabs that have worked for me in past and a new key board skinning app and no matter what I cant get it to skin. Am I missing something? any suggestions.

I believe 5049 used the leaked radio while 5054 uses the new official radio. the two are not compatible as far as I know.

best thing to do is update to the new official rom which includes the radio and then flash to 5055.
