Neither did I. And I was surprised when I got the rom/radio situated that my provisions where all there... minus a date code or two. And what's even more interesting is that I had to flash to and from; wrong bootloader then right bootloader but wrong radio then right radio then wrong bootloader...

...and even after all of that flashing it still came out swinging.

But I look at it like this: the evolution of smart devices is taking place here...now within this very forum. As developers and hackers and programers continue to make the robust tools and resources that enable our devices past their released condition, the knowledge and means is becoming widespread and will get better as it is all converged.

Soon flashing roms, radios, updates will all become a 1-2 click process.

Little update today, Google Maps isn't loading data at all anymore. Tried resetting it, didn't help. Probably gonna try an uninstall/reinstall of Gmaps now.

I just got a holster clip that fits perfectly with a great viewing angle on my car's cheap slide-out cup holder, but I might want something for our other car.

Your thoughts?

Thanks again KMART BURRITO - made my work day fly by
I was thinking the same, I starting searching on mounts for Mogul and a car adaptor for using the GPS.

Installed the hard-SPL, downloaded the .ex file, fixed it, extracted, renamed the .nbh file, slapped it onto the SD card, put it in the phone, bootloadered it (is that a verb now? lol) and everything installed just fine. Problem is, I'm on the Telus network...

So, it loads up fine, i let Sprint customs run, then hard reset, soft reset before the customs, and now i have no data connection... i can use the phone/sms functions just fine tho...

I did OTASP my phone (Over The Air Service Programming), and manually configured the connections under Start -> Settings -> Connections -> Connections icon...

Telus uses the same data connection technology as Verizon, and some Verizon ppl mentioned they got it working... me want GPS and Rev A too

I also played around with ##778 to get it exactly like another Titan...

Any advice, direction, help, GPS jokes to get me on the right path are appreciated

over at xda, DCD has sprint, telus, verizon, and alltell versions of 3.16 made already, might want to try that out.

HEY!

I just ran the rom off my microsd card and it says "Update Complete" and Update Success

Can I just pull out the memory card and hit the power button? I'm afraid that if I do it the wrong way I'm going to brick it, as I was POSITIVE I did last night. Anyone have to do this and know what the next step is?

Take the card out and reset your phone.
