I dunno. I've had mine for 2 months now and I've patiently stuck to the 2.09 that came on it. I knew I would want to flash when the GPS ROM came out so I just spent that time trying out programs and learning the device. At this point the worst I would have to do is flash it back to 2.17 or something if it's got bugs. I have all my contacts, tasks, and notes backed up so theres nothing to lose.

Dammit. Got to 90% and hit an error 302. Guess I get to learn how to do recovery. Shouldn't have jinxed myself in the previous post.

nah, it should work from the get-go. It's touchy though if you're not semi-close to outside.
