No GPS sats found here either. it's sitting outside now with a clear view of the sky, I will go check it in a few.

I did have to go in and tinker with some settings to get it to find a phone signal and EVDO, maybe it needs some more tinkering.

If i ran these commands before a hard reset do i need to run the relocker?

1-Unlock Phone (certificate security disabled) rev.1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000 1001 = 2
-> Change the value data from 2 to 1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000 1005 = 16
-> Change the value data from 16 to 40
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000 1017 = 128
-> Change the value data from 128 to 144
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Security\Policies\Policies
-> Add new value "0000101b": Dword = 1
Close registry editor and soft reboot.

the unlocker is the olipro which lets you flash custom roms. THat's for security certificates, so unless you've put on a custom rom, then you shouldn't have too....

Did everyone skip the Sprint customizations? Just wondering if that has anything to do with the GPS not working.

OK, well my phone is now getting pretty unresponsive. Maybe I will hard reset.

i didnt skip the customizations. I am going to try the app that sprint included for gps. If that works then we know its a google maps problem

I didn't skip it and I can't get Google Maps to get a satelite either. I am just trying it by a window at work but I will try it outside in my car in about 20 mins.
