Omnia problems and solutions thread!!!

Hi,
From the beginning I have found very difficult to “control” scrolling function. For example, when open a contact list and then starts to scroll-the screen moves so fast that it is not possible to follow it. Furthermore, when trying to continue scrolling-it happens that contact that is on the bottom of the list-opens.
Any suggestion or app that makes life easier?
