thats because megaupload or rapidshare... whichever had it before, took the rom off their site.... i am trying to get it on the torrents so people can get it but i am having a hard time uploading lol...

i just moved so internet is not set up and i get online using tethering on my phone... i will upload more tonight, but it is through my phone and the 3g network.

hopefully my fon router will come in soon and i can do it through wifi.

Re: Any hope of GPS unlock for Verizon Omnia?

I followed all steps and flashed the device. I put the locations into "on" mode. But what do I do now? How can I create a com port using GPS. I don't even have any icon or shortcut onto GPS to check it. Please help

Can Total Commander chop it up? Part 1, Part 2, etc. Of course TC (or compatible file handler) would be a prerequisite on the user end to put it back together. TC Features page calls it split/combine. Would it work?

Edit: I just thought of the many "file challenged" souls out there, bricking phones by leaving a part out. I definitely don't have all my marbles. Maybe part of me was left out?

Re: Any hope of GPS unlock for Verizon Omnia?

Hey everyone. I am extremely excited about this. I have downloaded everything but I just want to check with everyone before I go through the steps.
I wanted to hear from all of you that have done this and your experiences with it. Have you had any issues with any programs? I run SPB mobile shell and fingerkeyboard. I really like SPB so I wanted to check if it will work with it.
Also if I do have any problems is there a way to get back to the old firmware version?
Thanks in advance and I really appreciate all the great work everyone here is doing.
