Yea I would say so to but maybe he was just questioning that since VZW bring it out so late would they just bring it out with winmo 6.5 or even more crippling the phone by making ppl having to flash the new winmo 6.5 ya know VZW have a bad case of doing Krayz stuff like that. But Q1 I am taking it with a grain of salt too!

not really...all he asked is if vzw will release the phone with wm 6.5. That neither questions his credibility or proves it. Its actually a very good question considering it may be pushed back so long. We haven't officially heard from big red and that's a bit peculiar considering prior to release of any touch pro 1 we had rumors of the gimping and the whole ten yards.
That said if vzw is pushing it bakc and wm 6.5 is released to developers I don't see why he shouldn't ask if it was coming with wm 6.5. Its a logical question

Big Red has unlocked the GPS in some newer models and I expect them to do the same on the TP2. Therefore your statement about VZ Navigator is a little dated.

Actually the person that posted that question is "RanchHand" and he's asking the question to "Verizon Tester". Check it again.

What I'm trying to say is that the person in the Engadget link I posted, who asked about WM 6.5 isn't VerizonTester, it's Ranch Hand. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're saying VerizonTester isn't that credible because he's the one who's asking about 6.5 being on the device, when it's actually the other guy that asks. All VerizonTester said was that he's a tester in the VZW labs and that it will be delayed until Q1, due to software problems, he never said anything about 6.5.

Nothing "official", it's supposed to be the end of this month or early next month, but until verizon actually announces it it's all just rumors.
