Verizon's one probably will be crippled since there are *TWO* versions of CDMA Touch Pro 2 in the FCC filing....

I know the GTO you're driving is nice, I like those even if they're stock. They made those cars nice and comfy, like a luxury coupe with power. You need to post pics in the car thread in the off topic forum.

I'd not put to much stock in this yet as it went up almost immediatly when the picture of the VZW TP2 was leaked. It may very well simply be a place holder with generic information.

Having said that VZW finally seems to be shifting to better phones with more bling as evidenced with the push they've made this spring (IPhone leaks etc...) HTC OZone release, Tour, Open GPS starting to roll out etc...

I've had both Sprint and big Red. When Big Red figures out they only have inferior phones and solves that problem Sprint is in trouble. I think they've finally read that memo.

but the two different versions of touch pro 2 isn't one non world phone and the other world phone? if we are going by the leaked pics that may be the case

Word is that VZ still has a lot of Touch Pros in inventory. I would expect a price drop of the Touch Pro so they can blow through the inventory before they even think about releasing the Touch Pro II. They have never really cared what the other carriers do so I wouldn't expect them to start now.

that is what I was thinking abotu too
unlike sprint and other companies who have announced their EOL lists (tpro being on sprints as of july) I wonder when there won't be any more touch pros left
but then again considering that they don't have as many new units as refurbished units it is tough to say

Release dates seem to keep changing for this phone lol. I've given up anticipating it, I'm just gonna try to be patient till it shows up whatever that date may be :S
