Programs that come pre-installed in the NRG Roms are "cooked in" meaning they can't be removed unless you flash a different ROM. The Reference ROM series tends to have less programs installed, you may want to check those out.

i downloaded and flashed the latest rom looks and works great. everything was working till i did a hard reset( wipe device). i couldnt make phone calls nor access the internet. i talked to verizon and they got my phone calls to go out but internet comes up with data call error code 11. any ideas? verison said they would send me a new phone if i couldnt get it fixed even though they know i flashed it

First thing to do would be to reflash the phone with the same ROM again and see if it starts working. After reflashing, if the phone doesn't work, *228 option 1 and *228 option 2 should be able to set up your phone calling if the programming goes through. The other thing to try out would be to flash with the stock Verizon ROM and see if that works. That will help narrow it down to a ROM issue or phone issue.

I do not have a data plan and hence cannot comment on the internet access. ##778 should give you access to more settings and you can see if someone would be able to check their settings for you to confirm if yours are correct.

After doing a hard reset you need to reprogram the phone with *228 option 1. As for the data/VVM not working after a hard reset I've always needed to follow the instructions in this post: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=1479 to get it working again.

i know about the *228 after hard reset. but it still wouldnt make calls or access the internt. the hard reset wiped my number out of the phone and couldnt be programed back in via *228 so i had to ##778 to manually put it back in, and min1 min2 data. still nothing

am i the only person having troubles seeing my signal bar? instead the activesync circle is there and it appears to be in front of the signal bars, even though my phone isn't plugged in

I am using 01 August 21911 Dinik Glass ROM and see the signal bars at the top. Have you tried reinstalling the ROM? Hope someone with more knowledge of Windows Mobile software is able to help you out.

ya tried reinstalling and everything and im using cookie rom if that helps anyone

after flashed the 21911 rom, phone is correcting working ,but reset again or rest after installed chinese cab , the phone doesn't make a call and access the internet ,htc sense doesn't launch .

I have some problem with my phone. I use this rom
Energy.IMAGIO.21911.Sense2.5.Cookie.
and when i instant java game, or soft. screen show me: File error (???)
and can you give some way to control shortcut in Menu, move to folder like game, tool
i create shortcut from explorer and i want to remove it.
I am Vietnamese, and this is the firt time i up rom for my phone, Can u give some advice for me. Some soft, game for my device.
And how can i test screen of imagio, like on samsung i900, i8000 (*#0*#)
