I have the same issue with 23569 version of Dinik Glass, ActiveSync cannot connect to PC. Is there any hotfix for this issue?

How?? I can't get my laptop to recognize the phone at all, so therefore I can't run the RUU updater

You have to put phone in bootloader mode.
turn phone off or pull battery.
hold volume down and end key at same time untill boot screen comes on.
then plug into pc
