First thing to do would be to reflash the phone with the same ROM again and see if it starts working. After reflashing, if the phone doesn't work, *228 option 1 and *228 option 2 should be able to set up your phone calling if the programming goes through. The other thing to try out would be to flash with the stock Verizon ROM and see if that works. That will help narrow it down to a ROM issue or phone issue.

I do not have a data plan and hence cannot comment on the internet access. ##778 should give you access to more settings and you can see if someone would be able to check their settings for you to confirm if yours are correct.
