OK . . . is anyone else having problems with VVM this morning? I have been using VVM successfully since the "ISP" fix - until today. For some reason, every time I start it, it gives me a message that the number is not provisioned for VVM, but provisioning does not seem to work. I mimicked the above with no positive results, and even installed VVM 1.1.12.9 with no change.

Anyone else experiencing this?
Any suggestions?

OK . . . that's both good and bad. Good that it is not a ROM problem, bad that it most likely means I'm going to have to call Verizon support!

I am afraid that something IS wrong with this ROM. I called myself and left a voicemail. On Imagio, I had a missed call alert and VVM has started automatically (no prompt - just started). I played the message (it was very low volume), then I tried to re-play it and VVM just crashed. When I tried to start it again, I received a message that my number is not provisioned...

BTW: there is a newer version of VVM available from VZ. Iam not sure whether to insall it in parallel with the built-in...

I use the May 9 build of this ROM and have applied the connection fix to get VVM working. I installed the new build you mentioned over the top of the device with no issues. My volume is very good. I do occasionally have a VVM.exe crash when deleting a voicemail but if I relaunch it right away I see no further issues. VVM always auto-launches when you get a voicemail, that's how it's supposed to work. Other than the small crash issue with it when deleting, I have no problems.

Ok, I may be missing something. You all talk about "connection fix". All I was able to find was the procedure to open the connections, make sure no user name is there and check "save" and exit. So, what is the "ISP fix"? (sorry if missed something...)

How do I get rid of the top and bottom curtains? When I do a new home screen background, the top and bottom still have the original energy background.

Thanks, love all the updates!

I guess I'm not sure what to say about that. I have never had that problem nor heard that issue before now. The only issue I've seen with this ROM and VVM is the error that VVM can't find a network connection and won't start, which this fix resolves.

Maybe try *228 option 1 and see if that helps? Worth a shot.
