I just went back to the Vogue too but from a TP. The TP just feels so cheap and has a terrible battery life compared to me Touch with the Sedieo battery. I know I can get a big battery for the TP but I don't feel like going back to those huge Motorola brick days.

Too bad you can't put a Diamond/TP display in a Vogue.

Unlucky!

I've had my Diamond that Asurion sent for my Touch for less than 2 weeks. I stood in disbelief when it fell from the counter into the infant bathtub my wife left filled up near our bathroom counter last night. I removed the Battery and let it dry overnight. Powered it up in the morning and it was on constant vibrate. Dried it out better at work and it booted a few times and then was just DEAD. I called Asurion and told them the phone had quit working. They said they would send out a replacement, but didn't mention the $50 deductable like they did the first time. Well, after playing with the phone for a while, flashing the Sprint Rom, losing Internal memory, hotfix to recover memory, etc. The phone seems to be working fine now! I have Another replacement on the way, but not sure if I will be charged the $50, not sure if I should just send it back and keep the 2nd new one or what?
Not looking to defraud the insurance company, but wouldn't mind having a backup. The paperwork says you "may" be charged up to $300 for not returning the damaged phone. Anyone have experience not sending the phone back, and whether or not you were charged $300. Thanks for any input!

My cousin was charged $300 for a phone she was supposed to send back. She stated that she did send it but Asurion stated that they never got it. Since you stated "damaged" they will be expecting it back. If it was "lost" then no.

only will work for contact/mesg back up. choose cutom backup and only check contacts/mesg. you can not transfer a Touch rom to a Diamond rom.
