i just made a claim on tuesday... got sent a brand new, sealed diamond. better get one before these next rounds of touches get to their warehouses for refurbishing.

i sent in a claim for my touch and they said they will send me a brand new diamond with charger and all its accessories that come in the box... i should be recieving it today im so excited lol

So I didn't even haven insurance to do the diamond upgrade. So I took my phone down to the store and told them I once had it. They verified that the phone was in good working condition, and then they added the service. After 1.5 years of no insurance, they let me get around the 30 day rule and add it. As soon as I see it on my account, we'll be getting the upgrade as well.

I decided to switch to t mobile and get the curve. Just tired of dealing with the $120+ bills every month. Filed a claim and have the diamond comin Saturday then will port my number to the curve and flash the diamond to metro and sell it. In the end ill be saving a good bit of money.

So why would you Need to get your phone replaced if it's working fine, nothing like some good old Insurance Fraud <<<<< exactly why our Deductible is Doubling next month.

You can flash smartphones to metro? Cuz everyone says no from what I've read, although I haven't read this site much yet

Would it possible to have it replaced with a touch pro because of the expandable memory? Like if my phone needs the extra storage for business.
