Asurion now replacing the Touch for the Diamond - Page 11

I filed my claim and had me Touch replaced with a Diamond the next day! Love it!!!

Go to phoneclaim.com and file a claim, before you complete it it will tell you what will be your replacement phone.

Yeah, every time I've done a claim it's always delivered by the next day at like noon, it's awesome! Def worth the money... dont know if it still is now that the deductable went up though.

Me TOO! I had the Pro and I loved it, but it was so fat, this is like the best of both worlds. Except for the microsd slot, and camera flash, but I'll survive

What if my phone is still under manufacturer warranty... I wonder is alltel still sending out the touch in that instance or the diamond? Any way to find out? Im betting asurion will have stock on the touch again with you guys sending in your phones.

Yup, that is the Diamond, and lucky u lol. I filed a claim for my Touch over 3 weeks ago due to my screen cracking, and when I did it online I was told that I was getting a refurbished Touch, but I haven't paid the deductible yet because I have a friend who is a tech at my local store and offered to replace my screen for free, but he's just waiting to get ahold of a spare lcd screen. Now I see everybody on here getting Diamonds as replacements, so I wonder if I call Asurion and pay the deductible, will they still send me another Touch, or will they go ahead and upgrade me to the Diamond?

i filed claim online end of feb, said they were gonna replace with same touch, so I didnt complete it lol, just closed the browser, tried today now it says that. LOL

I did do it online, but I ended up completing the order process lol
