If you told them your phone was damaged yes, if i was lost or stolen, they'll send you the package, but you dont have to send anything back (I just asked this morning cause my box came with a bag and i was like uhh i have nothing to send back lol)

Go to phoneclaim.com and file a claim, before you complete it it will tell you what will be your replacement phone.

Yeah, every time I've done a claim it's always delivered by the next day at like noon, it's awesome! Def worth the money... dont know if it still is now that the deductable went up though.
