So I didn't even haven insurance to do the diamond upgrade. So I took my phone down to the store and told them I once had it. They verified that the phone was in good working condition, and then they added the service. After 1.5 years of no insurance, they let me get around the 30 day rule and add it. As soon as I see it on my account, we'll be getting the upgrade as well.
