So what Im gathering from this is when Verizon runs out of vogues to replace and they use their new diamond instead, I should chuck my phone down the steps? lol jk, Im not a jerk like that I would just wait and hope something goes out.

So I claimed it yesterday around 9:00pm, so when the claim process is over, it will be shipped to my house? Im confused hahahah, I need a phone fast, my touch screen is broken:(

Add me to the list of people that got a Touch Pro instead of a Diamond! When I called I told the rep that I really needed to be able to use an external storage card and that the Diamond obviously can't do that. He put me on hold for a couple minutes and said "Would a Touch Pro work for you?" Heck yeah it will! So I now have a TP coming to me tomorrow and I can flash my Touch to Cricket and sell it on Craigslist to pay for an extra battery for my new phone.

Also I called at around 4p Pacific and got the tracking number around 9:30. They sure work fast to get the phones out to people.

I have am issue. I put in a claim for my touch now I will be getting a diamond. All good right? Nah not really because my girl upset with me she was going to buy me a pro that I really wanted but I was settling for the diamond. Well she wants me to council the order but I will still loose out on my 50 bucks. Any ideas?

my claim still says its processing and to check back in 24 hours. Should I call them? I really need a phone now. Im going crazy.

Man, Im so happy:headbang:, I called right now to do the Payment and when the rep told me that I was getting the diamond, I said I have a problem. That phone doesnt have a SD slot and I really need one. She put me on hold and came back telling me that the phone I could get was the diamond and that if i wanted one with a sorage card to call sprint. I told her I didnt want to deal with sprints whack CS, and told her if she could escalate my call and she gladly did. The supervisor said that the next phone comparable to the Diamond and Vogue was the Touch Pro and he could offer it. I happily said yes and only $50. He said glad your happy and said thanks alot.

the diamond isn't all that great, trust me i just got rid of mine and went back to the touch.
