Glad i seen this thread. Was going to take in my phone becuase my battery and signal are dying. but saved the hassle at sprint store and Just got myself touch diamond instead!

just a question you know how at&t warrenty will change your make and model after 2 exhanges does sprint warrenty do that because im on my third touch and they are legit issue with phn, i dont want to go through insurance for diamond i need more storage space then the 4 gig will sprint actualy switch or just give me the same phone over and over again i need a phn with sd card slot if anyone knows thanks

Dropped my Alltel Vogue today so I called the insurance place, assureian or whatever, they said to do an in store replacment, So I called 3 different stores till I found one that was out of Vogues. So I went to that store and picked up my brand spankin new Diamond. and they even give me a new full year warranty! The only downfall is that it was 95 bucks

Did claim this morning on Asurion for my piece of s*** touch...they said they was sending me out a UT STARCOM 6950...:thumbright:

what are the new asurion detuctable rates? is it just for sprint or all asurion plans.

Any word on Verizon? I am having some screen issues but was going to just hold out till I was due for a new phone.

I tried to check but accidentally closed IE during the application. Now it won't let me resume (or start a new claim) w/o calling.

My Touch Screen went out. I called Assurian. They stated they would replace my touch with a Diamond. I complained because there was no external memory slot and after i escalated the call, my Touch is now being replaced with a Touch Pro:headbang:

Thats cool and actually a legitimate complaint. :)

My touch's screen is peeling so I did a claim as well. I input text very quickly using block recognizer (pretty much graffiti) and don't use my phone as a MP3 player so I think I'm better suited for the regular diamond.
