hey ive got a sprint vogue with a messed up screen but dont have insurance.. anyone know if this will work with the sprint advanced exhange? ive tried in the past and it still says replaced with a vogue but recently when i try im getting invalid Sku error? ty

Ok, I called and got my claim number from Asurion.

At this point the 6900 is being replaced with a refurb 6900 for Verizon customers.

Yes Im getting a Diamond for my Sprint Touch. I basically said I dropped my phone while texting and the screen cacked. Now I will have a Diamond. Well my process is being checked still I hope everything goes good. I was waiting for them to start replacing Touch with Diamond. All the Emaisl and calls I gave sprint for my Touch not working and the Dpad was sometimes working and sometimes nthing. I hope I like ,the Diamond and dont care about the Vogues Storage Card.

Just did the same thing. Argued with the first lady for awhile but after i escalated my call the manager rep. gave me the touch pro no questions asked. Stuck to my guns that i use the microsd slot for business use and it is vital to my job. lol.

Got my Diamond from Asurion a few days ago, and while I do miss the sd slot from my Touch, I'm totally loving the Diamond.

well I cant wait untill I get mine but now that im thinking about it, I should have cAlled and tried of getting a Touch Pro. Well atleast im getting a Diamond :)

One question for you guys, how long did it take to process your claim? I did mine last night around 9:00 pm and it is still saying its beinged proccessd and to check back in 24hours.

hey guys I thought id point something out that I didn't know before getting my diamond, I thought the phone had 4 gig internal memory but not, its got 4 gig internal flash memory. meaning you can flash or hard reset and not loose all your info. I even flashed a rom from it today. all I ever had on my vogue was a 2 gig sd card so im loving it.
