Re: Overclocking the Touch??

I tried the program and was sure that it was faster. However, I was just projecting this. Only thing that made my touch faster was removing the cube the .brn file associated with said cube. I also made all the cache and tcp tweeks that I could can't complain... stock rom boots at 27% after two days 34%. I am constantly playing on my touch whether it be pandora, snes, sirius, email... powerpoint presentations... I want the touch pro cause it has a flash, and the ability to add a microSD. I could care less about the keyboard.
This phone keeps me from having a bunch of other gadgets..

my two cents.. though I did drift off the original topic.

If you are refering to the camera, the TP does not have a flash also your Vouge can support up to 16 gb that I've tested and up to 32gb sd from what I have read!!!

But, again, I do understand that they are two completely different processors, with different scales of measurement. Point taken.

The Qualcomm 400GHz is not the same scale as the TI 201GHz.
In other words, the 201GHz is not half the speed of the 400GHz.
If it is slower, it's not half.

And it definitely makes sense to have a processor w/ less battery drain.
This is 100% true, looking at the numbers you would think that the GSM is much slower than the CDMA touch, but the numbers in the thread below will show you otherwise:

This is probably one of the most effective ways of speeding up the CDMA touch. You can squeeze a tiny bit more performance by going up to a 32mb page pool.

UH...I think I can read there buddy lose the attitude...

And I stand corrected about the camera having a flash "What's new is the flash, which was nowhere to be found on the Diamond. This LED flash helps when taking low light photos when the subject is close, but won't work for a wide angle bar shot in the near-dark. The camera's photos are sharp and detailed" taken from engadget...

But I have the piece of and I never noticed it anyways sorry for the post about the flash...
