The Qualcomm 400GHz is not the same scale as the TI 201GHz.
In other words, the 201GHz is not half the speed of the 400GHz.
If it is slower, it's not half.

And it definitely makes sense to have a processor w/ less battery drain.
This is 100% true, looking at the numbers you would think that the GSM is much slower than the CDMA touch, but the numbers in the thread below will show you otherwise:

This is probably one of the most effective ways of speeding up the CDMA touch. You can squeeze a tiny bit more performance by going up to a 32mb page pool.
