Verizon VX6900 - Altell ROM - Page 5

man i've got this mms all effed up soccer, can get it to work for beans. I think im going to brick my phone just so i can get a new one with all this B.S i liked it better before i messed with it. I've tried everything you said and plah nothing this blows

all i said was server settings and install arcsoft... im still trying to get it to work.. i was able to receive pic msgs no problem.. but sending is where i have been stumped.

i never said i got it working perfectly.. if u take a risk .. its not my fault sorry

Here is a copy of the log im assuming i dont need to go into to detail about what to do but i did put some pointers in it. im sure you've been screwing with this as much as i have and are prob better than i at this flashing bit. Give it a whack and let me know

I'm getting errors when I send text messages and I can't receive any as well. The error that displays when I send is the following:

Text Messages Retry
[Number]
[Message]

Error Class : Temporary
Cause Code : Rdo.IF.R.S

Message failed would you like to retry?

Any suggestions? Thanks!

What ROM are you on? Do you have working voice and data service?

I'm on the Mustan-Tech ROM (Mustan-Clean-Rom). The voice and internet have been working though I have reprogrammed my phone using #228 and I no longer have voice (internet still works). I am currently trying to re-authenticate my phone with VZW using #2539 but they have kept the line open with a technician working on the account supposedly. This line has been open 3 hours ongoing. Hopefully there are some solutions out there for me.

Update: I can receive sms now (sent them to myself using the VZW send txt webpage), but I cannot send sms.

Just wait on the SMS until you've got your voice restored...
