it goes to the screen with Android and the lil green robot guy ... and repeats that animation over and over what i do wrong? i just extracted the files in the download zip into /storagecard/Program Files/Android am i doing something wrong? |

the data.gz and system.gz need to be in in the root of the SD card. Which will in turn be extracted to data.img and system.img files. First boot should take a while... and should display..."Extracting *.gz image..." or something

You can probably call it anything you want. 3) Open the zip file on your PC so you can see the contents. 4) Copy all files to "Android" folder on your SD Card 5) Move the the data.gz and system.gz files to the root (top) of the SD "Storage card". This is important or Android will not boot. 6) Using File explorer on your HTC Touch, open the Haret.exe in the "Android" folder on your SD card. Good luck! |

battery meter seems to be dropping pretty quickly
i had fully charged battery, status/battery level shows 45% only after 40 mins of use |
